Eclipses: Presentations for Educators
The Astronomical League Education Committee, chaired by Michael Flick, Ph.D., have created this new CD-Rom. Despite the title, this CD-Rom has some excellent items for the amateur astronomer. There are three presentations that you can narrate as they are shown to an audience. There is also an automated presentation for stand-alone use, such as at astronomy day. Three AVI video files from the total solar eclipse in Aruba during February 1998 are also on this CD-Rom. There are also many still images from the 1994 annular as well as from the 1998 total.
