Online Ordering Information

From the the Products Page click Order on the Navigation Panel.  This will take you to our online shopping cart.  Browse through the cart by category or you can do a search for items.   To add an item to your shopping cart simply click "Add to Cart"  and the item will be added (to see the contents of your cart click the "View Cart" button).     When you are ready to complete your order, click on the "Check Out" button to finish your order form and process your online order.   Then simply follow the instructions on our secure "Check Out" page.

When entering your address information PLEASE MAKE SURE that the billing address information matches that on your credit card statement.   If this information does not match the transaction will be DECLINED.  

Security

Please be assured that absolutely none of your credit card information is entered or stored on this site or on our terminal.  Your numbers are entered on the secure site of our commerce provider "Authorize Net".  They use the latest most up-to-date encryption technology.  The e-mail receipts sent to you and to us show only the type of Card you use.  Absolutely no numbers are include even on our notification.

 

Our Privacy Policy

Your personal information and e-mail address is for our internal use only and will not be given out under any circumstances. We will not do unsolicited mailings.  Your trust in us is absolutely the single most important thing I want you to take away from here.   You must be using Explorer version 4.0 or higher (or it's equivalent).

To Fax your order -- Print out the printable order form, mark the items you wish, total your order (being sure to figure shipping, fill out the shipping and Credit Card information at the end of the form.  Then Fax this to 1-319-758-7311.  You can also browse the online catalog, make your selections, then total your order and check out.  Print the check out page (it is the one with the shipping charges on it).  Then add your Credit Card information (number and expiration date) and fax that to me.  

To order via US Mail -- Using the same procedures as described above you can send your order to me at the address listed at the top of this page (it is also listed on the printable order form).   Then send to me with your check or money order (in US funds).
